产品开发过程的危机通常无法避免,而应对危机并非一件易事.欲使危机的负面影响降至最低,运用规范的方法应对危机尤显重要.针对目前产品开发的行为特征,提出产品开发过程中应对危机的行为模式.

Crises of any kind often are an inevitable obstacle when developing new products, especially as they are difficult to overcome. All the more, a methodical approach is necessary to handle any crisis systematically. This article proposes a procedural model that provides guidance on how to act in case of a crisis during the design of a technical product.
