基于随机工程误差的磁悬浮列车轨道设计方法

摘要 为在设计阶段即考虑随机工程误差对磁浮轨道曲线的影响,基于概率统计的观点,给出了考虑随机工程误差影响的磁悬浮轨道设计方法,建立了相关的分析公式,导出了设计曲线加工成败的判据.由此将工程过程与设计相结合,设计者在设计阶段即可预测轨道加工的成败,在设计磁悬浮列车轨道时综合考虑了经济性和可靠性. In order to foresee the influence of random engineering error on maglev railway curve in design stage, based on viewpoint of probability and statistics, a design method of the maglev rail- way profile concerning the influence of random engineering errors was proposed. The correlative analytic formulae were established and the criterion to judge whether the manufacture of the design curve is successful or not, through which, design and engineering process are integrated. This enables designers to predict whether maglev railway profiles can be successfully processed in design stage, and the maglev railway can be designed by balancing its economy and reliability.
