文章在阐述江阴市卫生改革发展的三个主要阶段的基础上,分析了江阴市卫生改革取得的巨大成绩,并总结了取得成功的经验。

On the basis of expatiating three phases of public health reform in the city of Jiangyin , this paper analyzes the achievements of the reform,and summarizes its sueeessful experience.
