介绍了偏氟乙烯树脂保护膜的性能和应用,叙述了偏氟乙烯树脂保护膜在不同用途下的基本配方和成膜方法。认为导致我国VDF树脂保护膜开发迟缓的主要原因是VDF树脂开发落后,且产品质量不高,因此要加快保护膜用VDF树脂和VDF树脂保护膜的开发,用于对耐候性、耐热性、耐污性、耐药性、耐溶剂性和耐久性等有较高要求的各种基材。

Performance and application of protective film of vinylidene fluoride resin are introduced. Basic recipe and method for forming of protective film of vinylidene fluoride resin are described. It seems that the main reasons for the delayed development of protective film of VDF resin is that the development of VDF resin is slow and the quality of product is poor. It is suggested that the development of VDF resin and the protective film of VDF resin should be expedited in order to be used as the basic material which has higher requirements on weatherability,heat resistance,stain resistance,drug resistance,solvent resistance and durability.
