液相催化加氢中催化剂的分离方法

摘要 介绍了液相催化加氢中常用的Ni系催化剂和贵金属催化剂的分离方法,指出催化剂分离在整个液相催化加氢工艺中的重要性。分离方法的选择应根据催化剂的类型、粒径、密度、使用寿命和体系的不同而考虑。生产实践表明,文中所述的分离方法可对催化剂进行有效分离。 Separation methods of Ni and noble metal catalysts from catalytic hydrogenation in liquid phase were reviewed,and the importance of catalyst separation from catalytic hydrogenation inliquid phase was pointed out. The selection of separation method should be considered based on the difference of type of catalyst,particle size,density,catalyst life and reaction system. Practices indicated that the separation method described in this paper was an effective method for the separation of catalyst.
