摘要
首先定义了"房地产中介网络化",在此基础上对房地产中介的网络化变迁模式进行了分析和举证,并进一步分析了房地产中介网络化过程中面临的困境,提出了相应的解决思路。
＂Networking in real estate agents＂ is first defined. Then several typical models of networking in real estate agents are studied and demonstrated. The paper also points out crises and troubles that real estate agents face to during networking transition, and gives several ways to solve these troubles.
