Comparative Study on Technical and Economic Evaluation Methods of Residential Buildings in Hot-summer and Warm-winter Areas

在对广州地区民用住宅节能现状调查研究的基础上,结合该地区节能技术和措施的运用状况,进行夏热冬暖地区居住建筑关键节能措施技术经济评价方法的比较研究,运用全寿命周期的概念,分别建立经济效果评价、价值工程、综合评价模型,并进行实证研究,总结三种评价方法的适用范围。

Based on the investigation and research of the energy efficiency situation of residential buildings in Guangzhou area, makes focus on the comparative study of the technical and economic analysis methods for the key measures of energy conservation of residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas from the eurrent situation of energy saving technology and measure use. After introducing the concept of whole life cycle, creates the models of economic effect evaluation, value engineering and comprehensive evaluation, carries on the empirical studies on the methods mentioned above and summarizes their application scope.
