摘要
对铅阳极泥中产出的高砷高铅粗锑(含砷达6.8%),进行了碱性预脱砷——水溶液电解二段精炼的试验研究。电解精炼采用H2SO4-NH4F-SbF3电解液体系。该工艺获得了较满意的结果:阴极锑达到国际一号精锑标准。
The /ahoratory, tests of alkaline pre-dearsenicing-two stage aqueous solution electrolytic refning process for high-arsenic, high-lead crude antimony (containing 6. 8% As) produced fronl lead anode slime were carried out. The electrolytes system H2SO4-NH4F-SF3 was adopted in the electrolytie refining. The perfect results can be obtained by using this process, which antimony cathode can wach No. 1 refined antimony of Chinese Standard.
