摘要 本文以钼当量为标准对国内外研制的β钛合金进行了汇总和归类。β钛合金按照亚稳定状态相组成可分为3类:稳定β型、亚稳定β型和近β型钛合金。对β钛合金热处理过程中发生的固态相变进行了归类。β钛合金经强化热处理后可能发生β→α″,β→ω,β→α,β→β′相变,时效时,亚稳相部分或全部分解。 The fl titanium alloys developed at home and abroad are summarized and classified with Mo equivalent as standard. According to the composition of metastable phase,β titanium alloy is classified into three categories: stable, metastable and near β titanium alloy. The phase transformation of titanium alloy during the heat treatment process is summarized. After enhanced heat treatment, the phase ofβ may be transformed into a", ω, β' and a. Metastable phase is entirely or partly decompounded when aging.
