抚顺特殊钢有限公司是“八五”期间国家节能先进企业。本文重点介绍了抚钢以提高经济效益为中心，通过强化能源管理，依靠科技进步，搞好节能技术改造，开展节能降耗工作的做法和经验。并提出了今后抚钢能源管理工作的设想。
