摘要
通过HS19、HM20以及HM18等7种菌种评价,筛选出适合安塞油田储层特点微生物单井吞吐的菌组。在地层条件下,该菌组可有效得降解原油中的重质组分,增加原油的流动性能。截止目前,应用该菌组在安塞油田实施生物酶吞吐试验10口井,其中3口井未达到评估时间。主要评估的7口井中,4口井效果好,1口井效果差,两口井效果不明显。4口井累计增油1133t。
A series of microbion was optimized and one correct strata was determmed m tab. They can grow exponentially and tolerate dicy environments such as: high temperature,high water salinity and high pressure. In the simulating reservoir environment, the microbial strains have the ability to degrade heavy composition of the oil, such as the long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon and wax, and to reduce viscosity of oil. In the Ansai Oilfield, the microbial method has been used in 10 wells, the accumulated incremental oil production has amount to1133, lt. Skin factor of well decreased obviously. The block near wellbore area has been broken down successfully.
