摘要 用段法计算了灰体和非灰介质加热炉中的热交换,分析了炉壁热阻和炉壁内表面黑度对炉内辐射换热的影响,阐明在不同的介质中,炉壁特性对炉内辐射传热影响的机理是不同的,第一次得出在非灰介质加热炉中,炉壁温度会随炉壁黑度的增大而降低的结论。 The zone method is used to calculate the heat transfer in a heating furnace with gray and nongray media. The influence of the wall resistance and wall emissivity on the radiative heat transfer in the furnace is analyzed. It is shown that the influence of the wall character on the radiative heat transfer is different with different media. The result that wall temperature can reduce with the increase of wall emissivity in a non-gray medium is gained in this paper for the first time.
