作为人类长期生活过程中发展形成的制度事实,法律具有目的性。法律的目的有主观性与客观性相结合的特点,法律的目的可分为价值论层次的法律目的与工具论层次的法律目的。法律的目的与法律的价值、法律的理想、法律的作用既存在区别,也存在联系。

Law, the institutional fact formed in the process of human life, is of object, which is subjective and objective. The object of law can be classified into legal goals on the levels of value theory and instrument theory. There are both differences and connections between the object of law and its value, idea and function.
