对于犯罪心理痕迹,国内外许多专家、学者都有论述。犯罪行为是在犯罪心理的支配下,在特定的情境条件下进行的。不同的犯罪分子其心理特征是有明显差异的,在对犯罪心理痕迹进行分析的过程中,对心理上存在的差异性要客观地认识,才能够更好地分析犯罪分子的心理。分析中要掌握:一是可变性;二是运用条件;三是技术本土化问题。

Criminal act is dominated by criminal mind in particular circumstances. Different criminals have distinctively different psychological characteristics. We can analyze the criminals＇ mind better only when we know the psychological differences objectively. When analyzing the criminal mental trace, we must pay attention to the changeability, applying condition and technique nativeness.
