对公安警察院校经济法课程教改的新思考

New Thoughts on the Teaching Reform of Economic Law in Police Colleges

经济法学是法学专业14门主干课程之一,针对公安警察院校学生培养的特殊性,经济法作为专业基础课,学校应从素质教育的高度重视经济法的教学,在教学内容上应该与普通院校有所区别,有所侧重。应当充分利用经济法课程与经济犯罪及经侦专业之间的知识连续性和内在相关性,找准基础与专业的切入点,紧密结合经济刑法、经济犯罪,紧密结合公安实践,突出经济法作为专业基础课的"专业"倾向性。通过反思经济法业务本身的专业性,不断完善经济法的教学内容和教学方法、教学手段。

Economic law, one of the fourteen main courses of the legal specialty, should be attached importance to as a specialized foundational course from the angle of the education for all-round development. We should make good use of the continuity and the internal relevance of the knowledge between the course of economic law and economic crime and investigation to combine it with the economic criminal law, economic crime and the public security practice. It is necessary to improve continually the teaching contents, methods and means.
