不同种类增稠剂对香波体系流变性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文主要研究了在以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(ALES)为主表面活性剂的香波体系中,表面活性剂、无机盐及水溶性聚合物等增稠剂对产品流变特性的影响。结果表明,除以表面活性剂增稠的体系外,无机盐与水溶性聚合物增稠的体系在低温时均有屈服应力存在。非离子表面活性剂增稠的体系,在5~40℃之间表现出相似的流变特性,在较高的剪切速率下剪切变稀性能比较明显;无机盐NaCl增稠的体系,在低温下比单靠表面活性剂增稠的体系具有更好的剪切变稀性能,但在较高的温度下,基本表现为牛顿流体特性;而水溶性聚合物羟乙基纤维素在香波体系中,不仅增稠作用不明显,对产品流变性的改变也不大;聚丙烯酸类聚合物A2在ALES体系中,在较低的温度(5℃)下,有较高的表观粘度,而在40℃时,粘度较低,没有屈服应力存在,不利于产品在高温时的稳定性。 The rheology properties of different thickeners in shampoo with ammonium alkyl ethoxy sulfate were studied. The thickners include surfactant, inorganic salt, water-soluble polymers. The results show that yield value was existed in the system with NaCl and water soluble polymer thickeners at low temperature. The rheology of shampoo with surfactant thickners was similar within 5-40℃. The system shows shear shinning property at high shear rate. NaCl can increase the viscosity obviously. At high temperature, the shampoo was the Newtonian fluid. HEC shows poor thickening effect and has almost no effect on rheology property. The water soluble polymer A2 can increase viscosity of shampoo system at low temperature. But yield value was not existed at 40℃ , which is not good for product stability.
