2型糖尿病并发脑梗死的临床分析

Clinical Analysis type 2 DM and cerebral infarction

目的:探讨2型糖尿病与脑梗死并发症的关系。方法:对63例2型糖尿病患者并发脑梗死资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期71例非糖尿病脑梗死患者作对比分析。结果:2型糖尿病患者并发脑梗死组与非糖尿病脑梗死在神经功能损害、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白,临床疗效和病死率等方面均存在显著性差异。结论2型糖尿病是发生脑梗死的危险因素。

Objective： To probe into the relationship of type 2 diabetes mdlitus and cerebral infarction. Methods： Analyse the clinical data in 63 type 2 diabetic mellitus with cerebral infaction, and compare this grop with 71 cerebral infactlon patient but without diabetes mellitus. Results： There are significant differences in two groups in neurological function impairment, the levels of lasting plasma glucose, blood Lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin Al （HbAlc） , clinical effect, mortality rate.Conclusion： The type 2 diabetes mellitus is the risk factor of cerebral infarction.
