Training Management for Nuclear Power Projects

核电系统型培训模式起源于美国陆军教学训练,是目前国外企业采用较多的一种培训模式,它是国际上普遍认同的系统化培训方法(SAT)的雏形。由于核电项目部工作涉及专业面广、工种多,因此参与现场工作的承包商人员组成也极为复杂,对不同种类、级别的施工人员,其培训、授权要求也不尽相同。

System-based training for nuclear power projects, which is originated from US Army teaching training, is a popular mode used by domestic and foreign companies. It is the rudiment of internationally accepted system approach to training （SAT） method. Because nuclear power project department must deal with numerous specialities and types of jobs, the compositions of work site personnel from contractors are also very complex. The training and authorization requirements to workers in different types and levels are also different.
