摘要
研制的风口探测装置能够代替人工观察,实现风口状态的连续监测。其主要功能包括监测风口喷煤状态,反映风口内焦炭运动,监视异常炉况,反映风口温度高低。所研制的固定保护装置能保证探测元件在风口恶劣条件下长期稳定工作,并不影响人工观察和更换风口。
A BF tuyere monitor has been developed to realize continuous monitoring of tuyere inner situation,instead of manual observation.The main functions are coal injection monitoring,abnormal BF operation monitoring,diagnosing coke movement and tuyere temperature etc.The fix protecting apparatus can ensure the detector to work well under hard conditions of tuyere.There is no disturbance to manual observation and tuyere replacement.
