摘要
对不同碳、锰、硅含量的16MnREL 钢板做控轧控冷试验,研究其化学成分和工艺对钢板组织和力学性能的影响,探讨其宽冷弯性能合格率与钢的组织和σ_b、σ_s、δ_5的关系。
Experiments have been made on 16MnREL steel plates with different contents of carbon,manganese and silicon under controlled rolling and controlled cooling conditions.The influences of chemical composition and technological parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling on the microstructure and mechanical properties and broad cold bending property of 16MnREL steel plates have been studied.The relationship between rate of qualification in broad cold bending property and microstructure and some mechanical properties of controlled rolled 16MnREL steel plates such as σ_b,σ_s,δ_5,have been investigated.
