摘要
论述我国电炉炼钢近十几年的发展、存在的问题及应采取的对策;对钢铁市场竞争日益激烈的今天,如何在提高生产率、提高质量、节能降耗、降低成本方面采取必要的措施进行了探讨。
Development,existing problems of EAF steelmaking during recent ten years in China and countermeasures that should be adopted are summarized.It is emphasized that necessary measures to improve productivity and quality,reduce energy consumption and cost to survive the competition in iron and steel market shall be adopted.
