摘要 目的探讨精神卫生干预对不孕症妇女在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的不同阶段心理反应的影响。方法对920对夫妇的1320个周期的IVF-ET治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果IVF-ET治疗前的不适与妊娠率较低相关联,而且还可能使治疗终止率增高,降低治疗成功率,做好卫生宣教和心理护理,能有效地减轻患者的思想压力,恢复自信,主动配合治疗,增加治疗成功的机会。结论精神卫生治疗是不孕治疗整体重要组成部分。卫生宣教及心理护理对IVF-ET治疗的成功率有重大影响,应引起足够的重视。 Objective Approach of mental health intervention on the in vitro fertilization and infertility in women and Embryo Transfer （ IVF - ET） treatment at different stages of the impact of psychological reactions. Methods the 920 pairs of couples of reproductive center of the 1320 cycle of IVF - ET treatment process were reviewed. Resuits Before the IVF - ET treatment lowers ill with rate of pregnancy is connected, but also can terminate the rate of increase, reducing the treatment success rate, good health, educational and psyehologleal care, patients can effectively alleviate the pressure of thinking and restore self - confidence, initiative with treatment, increased the chances of successful treatment. Conclusion The mental health treatment of infertility treatment is an important component overally. The health Education psychological care for IVF - ET treatment success rate has a major impact, and it should arouse sufficient attention.
