摘要
用L9(34)正交配置实验对2%V/SiO2催化剂进行改性研究,常压下用O2作氧化剂,450~500℃得到较高的甲醇选择性(50%以上)和较高的甲烷转化率(4%以上),在480℃,V(CH4)/V(O2)=3时甲醇收率最高。经NH3-TPD、TPR和FT-IR分析表明,催化剂具有较多的弱酸性中心和表面羟基,V2O5及助剂与载体可形成多种相互作用相。
A study on the modification of a 2% V/SiO 2 catalyst is carried out by L 9(3 4)orthogonal experiment. Both the selectivity to methanol and conversion of methane are higher (>50% and > 4%, respectively) in partial oxidation of methane to methanol over the modified catalyst at atmospheric pressure and 450~500℃ with O 2 as an oxidant. The yield of methanol is highest at 480℃ and V (CH 4)/ V (O 2)=3. It is proved by NH 3-TPD, TPR and FT IR studies that the catalyst possesses more weak acid sites and HO on the surface, and a few kinds of interaction may occur between V 2O 5 and promoters with the supporter.
