骨肿瘤中的骨形成蛋白表达及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 骨形成蛋白（Bone Morphogenetic Protein，BMP）最初是作为一种可在异位诱导骨和软骨形成的蛋白质被发现。通过近40年的研究发现，BMPs足一个至少包括20个成员的家族，不仅参与胚胎的形成、发育及组织细胞的分化和增殖，而且与某些肿瘤的发生、发展及转移密切相关，其中与BMPs关系最为密切的是骨肿瘤。
