摘要
目的探索一条利用CAD/CAE技术进行个体化人工膝关节假体设计的可行途径,内容涉及从患膝CT数据读取、三维重建,到假体设计,直至虚拟手术和假体应力状态评价整个流程,从而为个体化膝关节的设计以及手术策划提供一定的指导意义。方法①识别并读取患者病变膝关节CT数据;②运用逆向技术进行膝关节三维重建;③借助计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术进行个体化膝关节假体的设计;④利用计算机虚拟装配技术进行膝关节假体虚拟手术安装、系统运动功能评价;⑤对假体应力状态进行CAE分析。结果基于患者膝关节解剖形态的研究,运用CAD/CAE技术,立足于膝关节假体生物力学性、功能性、稳定性、可靠性及耐用性的设计原则,完成了个体化膝关节假体的设计输出;探索了利用CAD/CAE技术进行个体化人工膝关节假体设计中从数据读取到产品验证的整个流程。结论CAD评估及虚拟手术证明该设计结构是可行的;CAE计算机辅助分析证明假体的几何尺寸是合理的;该设计流程是切实可行的,它不仅对产品设计甚至对手术的策划具有较强的指导意义。
Objective Explore an individual artificial knee prosthesis design method based on computer-aided technology (CAD/CAE), so as to provide some guidance to the design of individual knee and surgery planning. Method ① Read CT data, ②3D re-modeling of knee joint using reverse technology, ③Computer-aided design of individual knee prosthesis, ④ Virtual Surgery operation and of System Dynamics Evaluation,⑤Stress evaluation. Results Finished the individual knee prosthesis design; Output an individual knee prosthesis design process from reading data to product verification. Conclusion The design is feasible proved by CAD evaluation and virtual operation. The process has strong guiding significance in product design, evaluation and planning of the operation.
