摘要
指出现有六边形蜂窝纸板结构所存在的缺陷,提出一种新型的准菱形蜂窝夹芯结构。通过分析和计算,确定了这种菱形蜂窝纸芯的成型方法和基本尺寸参数。定性分析和实验结果表明:较之六边形蜂窝纸板,菱形蜂窝纸板的缓冲性能和折叠性更好,适合用作缓冲包装材料和制成折叠蜂窝纸箱。
In this paper, the limitation is pointed out about honeycomb fiberboard in existence. A novel structure of quasi-rhombic sandwich core is developed for honeycomb fiberboard. Forming way of the sandwich core is analyzed and its basic dimension parameters are calculated. The qualitative analysis and the tested results indicate that the performances of cushion and foldable of quasi-rhombic honeycomb fiberboard are better than that of hexagonal honeycomb fiberboard, so as to used for cushion packaging material and to made foldable honeycomb paper box.
