党参固本丸的薄层色谱鉴别

目的建立党参固本丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的党参、麦冬、地黄进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱中能明显地检出党参、麦冬、地黄。结论该方法简便可行,专属性强,重现性好。可用于党参固本丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for identification of Dangshen Guben pills by TLC. Methods Radix Codonopsis, Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix R ehmanniae were identified by TLC. Results Radix Codonopsis, Radix Ophiopogonis, and Radix R ehmanniae could be detected by TLC. Conclusion This method is simple, available with a good reproducibility, and ean be used for the quality control of Dangshen Guben pills.
