95例苍耳子致不良反应文献分析

Siberian Cocklour Fruit-induced Adverse Drug Reactions:Literature Analysis of 95 Cases

目的探讨苍耳子所致不良反应的一般规律和特点。方法利用中国医院数字图书馆的中国医院知识仓库（CHKD），检索1994～2007年3月收载的中文医药卫生期刊，筛选苍耳子致不良反应95例，并查找原文，建立相关数据库以统计、分析。结果苍耳子所致不良反应中，以19～60岁成人发生最多，其临床表现多样，以接触性皮炎最为常见，其次为消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统等。结论临床应重视苍耳子所致不良反戍。

Objective To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by Siberian Cocklour Fruit. Methods The original articles of 95 Siberian Cocklour Fruit-induced ADR cases reported in Chinese medical science journals during the period of 1994-Mar.2007 were retrieved by means of CHKD in China digital library, and a related database was established for statistical analysis. Results Of the 95 Siberian Cocklour Fruit-induced ADR cases, the higher probability were adults that were from 19 to 60 years old. The ADR induced by Siberian Cocklour Fruit were diversified in clinical manifestation, but contact dermatitis was the most common type, followed by the lesion of digestive system, nervous system, and cardiovascular system etc. Conclusion Clinicians should attach great importance to the ADR induced by Siberian Cocklour Fruit.
