摘要 靖边气田采用多井集中高压集气工艺,由于部分气井压力较高,油管及采气管线水合物堵塞频繁,加热炉负荷大、节流后温度低导致脱水系统运行不正常。本文通过对部分气井应用井下节流技术,解决了气井采气管线水合物的频繁堵塞及设备运行不正常的问题,减少了水合物防冻剂的加注,保证了气井的正常生产,降低了生产运行成本。 High-voltage multi-well gas-collecting technology was used in jingbian gas field, as some high pressure gas wells, Pipeline gas and production tubing plugging frequent by hydrate and dehydration system is not normal because of low expenditure temperature after furnace. After expenditure technology is used in some gas wells , the gas production pipeline is not frequently plugged by hydrate and gas-collecting station equipment is normal. At the same time hydrate antifreeze was reduced, ensuring the normal gas well production, reducing the cost of production.
