摘要 我国制造业CAD/CAM应用越来越广泛、普及,就需要建立准确的斜齿圆柱齿轮三维参数化模型,从而可以精确的制造出斜齿圆柱齿轮。本文说明了斜齿圆柱齿轮几何特点,详细地介绍了应用Pro/E创建斜齿圆柱齿轮模型的方法和步骤。以斜齿圆柱齿轮的建模思路说明了,建立合理的、符合要求的模型的前提是,理解形体的几何特征、特点,然后运用合适的建模方法,方可获得准确的模型。 China's manufacturing CAD / CAM applications become wider, universal, it is necessary to establish an accurate three-dimensional helical gears parameters of the model, so that we can create accurate helical gears. This article explains the helical gears geometric characteristics, details on the application of Pro / E to create helical gears model of the methods and steps. Helical gears to the idea modeling shows that a reasonable, consistent with the requirements of the model on the premise that physical understanding of the geometric characteristics, features, and then use the appropriate modeling method may obtain accurate model.
