摘要
目的:报告采用准分子激光切削术治疗近视散光55例104只眼的初步疗效结果。方法:应用NIDEKEC—5000准分子激光系统对55例近视散光进行手术治疗。104只眼按近视程度分组:A组(≤—6.00D),B组(-6.25D~-10.00D),C组(>-10.25D)。结果:术后观察6个月,各组平均裸眼视力均显著提高,实际矫正度在预测矫正度±1.00D范围内者分别占97.50%、91.30%及77.78%,超高度近视与中、高度近视相比P>0.05差异无显著性。结论:PRK技术不仅对低、中度近视,而且对-10.25D~-13.00D高度近视也具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective: 104 eyes of 55 cases with combined myopia and astigmatism were beated by photorefractive keratec-tomy(PRK).The preliminary result were reported. Metheds: NIDEK EC-5000 excimer laser was used. According to thepieoporative myopia, 104 eyes were divided into group A(≤-6.00D),B(-6.25D ~ -10.00D) and C(>-10.25D)and treated with PRK. Results: At the 6 month petoporative follow-up, the mean uncorrected visual acnity was iniprovedsigruficanily in the three groups.In low myopia, 97.50% of eyes were within ±1.00D of emmetrupia;in mederate myopia,91.30% of eyes were within ±1.00D of emmetropia,in extreme myopia,77.78% of eyes were within ±1.00D of em-metropia bto the different was statistically not signicant(P>0.05). Conclusions: Excimer laser PRK is reasonably effectivein treatment of low.moderate and greater myopia.
