甲壳胺膜的降解性研究

Study on degradability of the chitosan Fi/m

目的：测试甲壳胺膜在体内体外的降解性，探讨甲壳胺膜在外科手术中应用的可能性。方法：体外组用１％溶菌酶溶液浸泡甲壳胺膜。体内组将甲壳胺膜置于大鼠腹腔器官和皮下组织。结果：体外组在浸泡１０天时，甲壳胺膜降解近５０％。在体内组中甲壳胺膜在腹腔中有明显降解，但皮下组织中的甲壳胺膜被周围组织纤维化而无法测试。结论：甲壳胺膜在不同的介质中有不同的降解性，其在体内降解速度与多种因素有关。

Objective:To test of the chitosan fi/m both in virto and vitro and to disscution a possibility of its using in thesuigieal operation. Methods: In vitro group, steer the chitosan fi/m in 1% bacteriolysin solution. In vivo group, Put the Chi-tosan fi/m into the organs of abdominal cavities and subcutaneous tissues of rats .Results:In vitro group, the chitosan fi/mhas been degraded by about 50% When stesred for ten days. In vivo group, the fi/m has distinct degradation in the abdomi-nal eavily. But the chito san fi/m in the subcutaneous tissues can not be tested beause if is fiberized by the peripheral tis-sues. Conclussins:The Chitesan fi/m has different degudability in different media. The degra dation rate is Correspond tomultiple fctors in vivo.
