葛根素注射液治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Puerarin Injection to Treat the Patients with Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insuffinciency (CCCI)

目的:观察葛根素注射液对慢性脑供血不足病人(CCCI)的治疗效果。方法:选择CCCI病人88例,按时间顺序随机分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组采用葛根素注射液400mg静脉输注;对照组复方丹参注射液治疗,两组共观察14d,且于治疗前后作TCD测大脑中动脉(MCA)及椎动脉高峰血流速度(VP)、阻力指数(RI)及血液流变学的检测,对治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组治愈率50.0%,总有效率95.5%,优于对照组(P<0.05);MCA和VA血流速度增快,RI下降,全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞电泳率、红细胞压积降低,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素注射液治疗CCCI效果明显,能改善CCCI患者脑动脉的血液供应,降低异常升高的血黏稠度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of puerarin injection in the patients with CCCI. Methods According to the proper order of time, 88 patients with CCCI was selected, which was divided randomly into the therapy group and the control group. The therapy group was treated with puerarin injection 400 mg iv gtt, qd, and the control group was treated with Danshen injection. The period of treatment was 14 days. Before and after the treatment, to observe Hemorheliogy, the velocity peak of blood flow （VP） and resistent index （RI） of middle cerebral artery （MCA） and vertebral artery （VI） through transcranial Doppler （TCD）, and assess the ability of clinical effectiveness. Results Comparing with the control group, the clicinical curing rate is 50% and total effective rate is 95.5%, the therapy group is better （P 〈 0.05）; VP is striking improved and RI is degraded in the MCA and VI of the control group, to compare with those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; The cerebral hemodynamics blood viscosity, specific blood plasma viscosity, erythrocyte electrophoresis and hemat of the therapy group are better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Puerarin injection is better in the patients with CCCI. It can improve the cerebral blood flow condition, depress the blood viscosity.
