计算机求取钻机旋转件转动惯量法的应用

摘要 介绍了近几年来计算机求取钻机旋转件转动惯量法(即分割法)应用于石油机械设计中所取得的进展。实践表明,这种方法精度较高,只要有图纸和合理进行分割,应用固定程序就可较快地获取机件的质量和转动惯量值。以结构复杂难于计算的2.5Y-10×2型泵第一级叶轮为例,叙述了将其分割为4类54种基本体计算的过程。对钻井泵胶带轮、绞车滚筒体等大型钻机旋转件及多种石油机械旋转机件的计算表明,与手工计算相比,转动惯量法提高工效约5倍,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。将本计算软件与零部件的CAD设计软件联机贯通,应成为本研究的发展方向。 The prograss made in applying the method for calculating the inertia moment of the rotating parts on a drilling rig on the design of petroleum machinery is introduced. Practice shows that, this method has high precision, provided with drawings of the machine parts and having the parts being segmented rationally, the mass and inertia moment of the parts can be worked out quickly by using the fixed program. An example of calculation is presented. The results of calculation of the belt pulley of mud pump, drawworks drum and other rotating Parts on petroleum machinery by the above-mentioned method show that the working efficiency can be improved by 5 times compared with that of the manual calculation. Com bining this calculating softwar with CAD software will be the developing trend of the subject mentioned in this article.
