摘要
根据液压传递式隔离原理研制的往复式三缸柱塞高压隔膜系,解决了与工作介质直接接触的常规地面注入泵设备易损件严重磨损早期损坏的问题。论述了这种泵的设计原理和结构特点。6个月的注入强磨砺性粘土胶调剖剂的现场应用表明,泵隔膜平均寿命超过2600h,预测寿命可达4000h。泵的各项性能参数均达到设计要求,总效率达82%以上。实现了隔膜泵高压(20MPa)、大排量(17m3/h)设计,无故障运转时间长。
A high pressure diaphragm triplex pump is developed based on the princinle of hydraulic transfer isolation. The problem with the serious wear of the quick-wear parts on the conventional surface injection pump is solved thereby. The principle and design feature of the pump are expounded. Field test for six months shows that, the mean life of the pump diaphragm is over 2600h, the Performance parameters of the pump satisfy the design requirements, and the total pump ef ficiency, reaches 82%.
