摘要
抽油机双圆弧人字齿轮减速器在使用过程中普遍存在串轴的问题,为此从设计、制造和使用工况等方面分析了其原因。介绍了防止串轴的方法,指出应从设计方面入手,通过改变局部结构及尺寸而非增大整体直径的途径来提高减速器中间轴、主动轴和从动轴刚度,同时提高齿轮加工精度,以减小齿形误差和齿厚偏差,并提高齿面强度。对于用户来说,则应加强设备的维护保养,细心调节抽油机的平衡,使其工作在良好的平衡状态下。
The axial play of the drive shaft is of common occurence on pumping unit reducers. The causes of the axial play of the drive shaft of the double circular-arc herringbone gear reducer are analyzed from the aspects of design, manufacture and working conditions. The measures for controlling the shaft play are offered, including increasing the rigidity of the in termediate shaft, drive shaft and driven shaft by changing their structures and sizes instead of enlarging the diameter, im proving the machining accuracy to decrease the tooth profile error and tooth thickness deviation and increase the strength of the tooth suiface. As for the users, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the equipment and the regulation of the balance of pumping units to keep the unit working under good conditions.
