摘要
针对石油机械设备维修作业中待料问题和材料积压现象,提出运用数理统计方法分析总成或零部件失效数据,找出失效规律,进而确定用料量,再根据用料量按计划进料。在指出失效数据采集的注意事项后,阐述了失效数据分析的步骤,即(1)分析失效数据的频率分布特征;(2)确定失效数据的分布类型;(3)确定分布参数;(4)绘制失效率曲线和存活率曲线;(5)对总成和部件材料计划进行统筹和预测。最后以实例对上述方法作了详细说明。
In the light of the problems with the supply and demand of spare parts in the maintenance of oiffield equipment, theauthor reconimends analyzing the failure data of the component parts by the mathematical statistics, finding out the failurepattem, thereby deciding the amount of the parts needed. Afer plesenting the matters needing attention in the failure data acquisition, the author expounds the pmeedures for failure data analysis, i. e. (1) analyzing the characteristic of frequency distribution of failure data; (2)detendning the distribution types of falure data; (3) determining distribution paeretels; (4)drawing up failule rate curve and survival laho culve; (5)planning and predicting the spare parts.
