摘要
介绍了一种高精度压力测控系统。该系统以 STC89C51单片机为控制核心,由前端小信号压力检测与滤波电路和移相调压电路等组成。针对压阻传感器存在的非线性误差,从软件和硬件两方面进行误差修正和补偿,以保证测量压力的精度。同时,采用积分分离 PID 控制算法和最优控制参数整定方法以达到提高控制压力精度的目的。
Presented a high precision pressure measurement and control system which consists of STC89C51 as kernel, pressure detecting imput and filtering circuit, and the triggering pulse output circuit of thrusters. Because the characteristic curve of the press-resistance sensor is nonlinear, special current type pressure detecting circuit, digital filter and the scaling function derived by use of a curve fitting scheme were used to compensate the nonlinear measurement error of the press-resistance sensor in order to guarantee the pressure measurement precision. Meanwhile, the integration separation PID control algorithm and the optimization method of control parameters were adopted to improve the pressure control precision.
