多用途浅海平台的初步设计

The Preliminary Desigh of a Multi-Purposes Shallow Water Platform

从设计思想、设计方法等方面简要介绍了多用途浅海中转平台的设计概况。并从技术经济的角度,与其他型式平台在用纲量、施工周期、配备设备、及投资费用等方面作了对比分析。认为多用途浅海中转平台是继“中心一号”后,使胜利埕岛油田成为大面积投入开发的又一新型平台形式。该平台不但全天候满足浅海的海洋环境要求,而且具有投资省、工期短、机动性大、收效快、效益高等特点。

A preliminary design of a multi -purposes shallow water platform is introduced in this paper. This kind of platform can be used for gathering, injection, storage and transporting of oil produced. As compare with the other kinds of traditional design, it has the advantages of less investment, easy to construct, quick return of capital and can be used in all weather and shallow waters marine environment such as in the area of Shengli, Liaohe and Dagang Oilfields along China coast.
