摘要
微波暗室多功能应用时,常常需要挪动某些区域的吸波材料,但往往在搬挪过程中未按操作规程进行,致使吸波材料中的浸碳逐步散落,导致吸波材料的电性能发生变化,从而影响微波暗室的性能。在对角锥型吸波材料吸波机理、性能等介绍的基础上,建立了吸波材料反射率的FDTD方法计算模型以及吸波材料碳粉含量的损耗计算模型,并通过实例仿真分析,阐述了微波暗室多功能应用时吸波材料使用寿命的分析方法,为微波暗室设计及科学使用吸波材料提供了依据。
When microwave anechoic chamber is multi-function applied, it usually needs to move some absorb material, but workers usually did not move it in operate rules, which cause carbon dust gradually spread to fall, thus affect the function of the microwave anechoic chamber. The article introduces absorb mechanism and function of urethane-pyramids on the foundation, builts up calculation model of reflection level of absorb materials using FDTD method and calculation model of wastage of carbon loading. Through analysis and simulate calculation of an example, elaborating the analytical method that absorb material service life when microwave anechoic chamber is multi-function applied, and it also used to absorb material to provide the basis for science.
