基于ARM嵌入式应用平台的x86指令译码器设计

摘要 就x86指令与ARM嵌入式系统间的可移植性问题设计了一个译码器,以增强软件在不同处理器架构上的可移植性及计算机系统间的互操作性。其基本工作方法是将x86指令由译码模块翻译成ARM指令,然后将译码模块集成到基于ARM7核的SoC上。仿真结果表明,该译码器实现了部分x86指令正确的移植到ARM处理器上并运行。 To present a hardware decoder concerning about the transplant ability between x86 instructions and ARM embedded system. This decoder can improve the transplant ability between the two different architectures and enhance the inter-operation between computer systems. It works by translating x86 instructions to ARM instructions and then being integrated to an ARMT-based SoC. The simulation results show that this decoder correctly implements some x86 instructions run on ARM processor.
