This paper introduces the design and realization method of the digital video conversion interface based on the FPGA EP2C35F672. And this paper emphasizes the design of system hardware and the design of FPGA internal logic including serial to parallel, interlaced progressive change and color space conversion modules. It realizes that analog video signals from the DVD player after decoded by the ADVT181 TV decoder display on a VGA monitor.
