摘要
综合浙江工业大学的多降液管塔板技术和美国精馏研究公司发表的筛孔塔板水力学模型,编制完成了多降液管塔板设计软件,用此软件时常压油品分馏塔、催化裂化吸收脱吸塔等在扩量改造设计中遇到的“瓶颈”问题进行分析,推荐了应用多降液管塔板的可行方案,为多降液管塔板在油品分馏塔上的应用提供了参考。
Based on the technology of the DJ tray(an advanced pattem of multi-downcomer tray developed byZhejiang University of Technology) and the hydraulic model of sieve tray issued by the Fractionation Research Inc.,a software was compiled for the MD tray design. The sofware was applied to the atmospheric distillation tower andthe ahsorption-desorption tower of FCCU. The 'bottleneck' in revarnping designs were analyzed, and severalavailable MD tray designs were presented.
