润滑油糠醛精制二段萃取工艺及计算 被引量:5

TWO-STAGE EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY AND CALCULATION FOR LUBE-STOCK FURFURAL REFINING

摘要 上海高桥石化公司炼油厂润滑油糠醛精制装置的技术改造采取了二段萃取新工艺。改造前分别对二段萃取的物料平衡、萃取塔的液泛速度、液体分布器的喷出速度以及萃取塔压力降等进行了详细计算。投产一年来,产品质量提高,加工能力增加1个百分点,取得了显著的经济效益。 The new technology of two-stage extraction was adopted in technical revamping of lube-stock furfuralrefining unit in the refinery of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochendcal Company. Before revamping, detailed calculations,including material balance, liquid flooding velocity in extractor, blowing out velocity in liquid distributor andextractor pressure drop were separately catried out for the two-stage extraction. The product quality has beenupgraded and the processing capacity increased by one percentage point since startup.
