摘要
通过对烟机人口催化剂含量限制、催化裂化装置催化剂单耗以及颗粒物最高允许排放浓度、颗粒物最高允许排放速率等诸参数的分析和计算,得到了合理选择和设计旋风分离器的控制因素及依据。
Through parameters analyzing and calculating such as the lindtation of catalyst content at the inlet offlue gas expander, the unit consumption of catalyst in FCCU, the highest allowable discharging concentration anddischarging rate of particles etc., the dominating factors for rational selection and design of cyclones were achieved.
