The automatic angle seam welding machine for storage tank is in special position when it is inoperation. That means the operation space is narrow. This paper reports a development of weldingof agent reclamation unit. It uses air flow to reclaim welding agent and has features in similicity,flexibility and easy operation. It solves problems on welding agent reclamation and cyclical use forsubmerged arc welding and ensures the stability of operation of the auto-welding machine.
