摘要
管径426mm、长达302km的塔克拉玛干沙漠油气输送管道已于1996年竣工，本文从施工总体布局、现场施工组织、流水作业方法、通球扫线试压和生活保障等方面对沙漠管道工程的施工组织管理进行总结，提供了沙漠环境管道建设工程的实践经验。
The oil and gas transmission pipeline in 302 km length and 426 mm dia. in Taurim Desert hasbeen in operation since 1996. This paper summarizes the construction distribution, field construction organization, assembly line method, scavenging of ball-passing test, pressure test and logistic supply. It provides a practical experiences for pipeline construction in desert environment.
