摘要
轧管生产过程计算机系统改造的难点在于与一级自动化系统、数据采集系统、下一级过程计算机等多个接口的设计,以及生产过程跟踪的设计。叙述了接口设计方案和过程跟踪的设计思想,为应用标准化和通用的接口技术、实施改造、引进自动化系统提供了借鉴和方法。
The difficulties at the modification of production process computer system of Pipe Rolling Mill are the design of interfaces with L1 automation system,data acquisition system and the process computer of next level,and the design of production process tracking. The paper describes the design philosophy of interface design plan and process tracking,and provides references and methods for accomplishing the modification of the imported automation system by the application of standardized and common interface technology.
