摘要
叙述了利用红外碳硫分析仪对小于0.0015%的超低硫钢进行分析的试验条件、分析方法及相关的试验过程,同时列举了分析数据。试验表明,该方法分析精度和准确度满足ASTME1019-2003和GB/T20123-2006的要求。
The test condition,analysis method and test procedure of analyzing ultra-low sulfur less than 0.0015% with infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer are described,and the analysis data are listed. Test shows that the analysis precision and accuracy of the method meet the demand of ASTM E1019-2003 and GB/T 20123-2006 and this method is feasible in practical production and scientific research.
