摘要
天津钢管集团第二炼钢厂为解决150mm连铸圆坯压痕和椭圆度超标等问题,对拉矫机液压系统进行分析,找出与7.1减压阀输出压力高有关。通过修改PLC程序,利用液压差动回路实现轻压下,提高了铸坯质量。
The authors analyze the hydraulic system of withdrawal & straightening unit in order to solve the problem of Φ150 mm billet impress and ovality exceeding the standard at Steel-making Plant 2,Tianjin Pipe Corporation. They find that the over-limit billet impress and ovality are relevant to the high output pressure of 7.1 reducing valve. After the modification at PLC program,the soft reduction is achieved via hydraulic differential circuit and the billet quality is improved.
